Price Match Guarantee

At Horse Trader, we want you to shop with confidence. If you find a branded item listed on our website at a lower price on a UK competitor’s site, let us know — and we’ll do our best to match it.

All purchases remain subject to our standard Terms and Conditions. The following terms apply specifically to our Price Match Guarantee:

• Price Match is only available on branded items currently listed on www.horse-trader.co.uk

• The product must be identical — same brand, model, size, and colour — and must be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor’s website at the time of the request.

• The competitor’s item must be listed at full price — items on sale or included in any promotional offers are not eligible.

• We must be able to verify the lower price on the competitor’s website before issuing any discount.

• The competitor must be a UK-based retailer with prices displayed and transacted in GBP (£).

• Price Match discounts are only available for orders placed via telephone and apply only to the specific item being matched.

• The discount offered is non-transferable and valid for use by the individual who made the Price Match request.

• Price Matches do not apply to items listed on outlet, auction, marketplace, or discount websites, nor do they include delivery charges.

• Horse Trader reserves the right to decline any Price Match request at our sole discretion.
